Shipping & Returns
We love our products and want you to be completely satisfied also! In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we offer a 21 day return period for store credit from the original order date. If you wish to return something, please notify us via email for a Return Authorization (RA) number. After receiving the RA number, ship your package back to us within 30 days with the RA number clearly posted on the return label.
Return Exclusions: NO RETURNS/REFUNDS ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.
We do not accept returns of trial sizes, sale items and samples.

We require the returned product to be unused. We will notify you when we have received and processed your return. A credit in the form of a gift card will then be issued. Shipping charges are not eligible for refund. If returned products were ordered via a gift card, we are only able to process the credit amount back to the gift card. Products won through a particular promotion or giveaway are not able to be returned.
Products damaged during delivery will be replaced at no charge. Please take a photo of the damaged package so we can address it properly with the selected carrier. We will ship you the replacement product free of charge once the damaged product has been returned.
USA: Free Shipping on orders $75.00 or more!
All in-stock orders will ship via USPS First Class and/or Priority Mail within 2-3 business days. All orders can be tracked via the tracking number provided on the email Shipping Confirmation from The Goods by Chef Greg.
Canada: No returns.
All in-stock orders will ship via USPS First Class or DHL Express within 2-3 business days. Shipping to Canada is based on weight. Please keep in mind that items shipped outside of the US are subject to taxes, duties and fees set forth by the destination country. The recipient of the shipment is always responsible for such import fees. All orders must clear customs offices before they are shipped to the final destination. This may cause unexpected delays. Once orders have been processed and have left our facility, it is the customer's responsibility to track the order. Orders can be tracked via the tracking number provided on the email Shipping Confirmation.
International: Please call or email for shipping quote for international orders. No returns.
All international orders ship via DHL Express. DHL offers expedient, reliable shipping and packages are less likely to get damaged or held for long periods of time. We take great care in ensuring that our products get to the customer quickly and safely. Shipping is calculated based on weight and size of box. All in-stock orders will ship in 3-5 business days. Please keep in mind that packages are subject to taxes, duties and fees set forth by the destination country. The recipient of the shipment is always responsible for such import fees. All orders must clear customs offices before they are shipped to the final destination. This may cause unexpected delays. All orders can be tracked via the DHL tracking number provided on the email Shipping Confirmation. Once orders have been processed and have left our facility, it is the customer's responsibility to track the order.
