For those of you for whom time and distance makes it impossible for us to collaborate in person, I have set up this shop to introduce you to a variety of items that I have found to be particularly useful in my culinary career, including my first cookbook.

The best kitchens aren’t built overnight, but you have to start somewhere. Through The Goods, I hope to bring you items that can help you build the foundation for your dream kitchen. Quality makes a big difference. My job is to assist you to accomplish your cooking goals--whether that is to achieve a well-stocked kitchen or just make a friend smile with a lovingly prepared meal. The Goods is my way to make reaching that goal easier and more enjoyable.
